I booked appointment to get the tires rotated, oil change & something wrong with the steering. It had a tight spot turning back from left turns. The oil change & rotation was good but I had to pay $100.00 fo & something wrong with the steering. It had a tight spot turning back from left turns. The oil change & rotation was good but I had to pay $100.00 for them to tell me there is nothing wrong with the steering?!! I brought it to them because of the steering. Did anyone even take it for a ride? On my way home it was both turns now, there was a tight spot turning back to straight. Real nice. I text them to tell them it’s worse now & I was told it would be up dated in my file & he would talk to his shop foreman to try to rectify the problem. Hopefully I hear back from the dealership, I guess it won’t be til after the long weekend now. So not too happy as it costs me to drive there& my time to be charged $100.00 extra dollars & tell me nothing is wrong with the steering. I don’t get it, do we have to start dealing in Alberta to get some good service? Or What??? You spend $60,000.00+ dollars on a Truck & they still want to charge you for fixing nothing. The problem is still here?!! More
