Thank you for the offer- already try . However, people who sold ne vehicle and warranties and do the financial part are all gone from your dealership . And you told me that you cannot do anything as there is only my word and none of the people who done the "deal" there to confirm. Plus, the points program was never offered to me until this last service. So yes I do feel that you misuse my trust and my money. Though thank you for your replay.
