They expected me to sign blindly. They tried to make me pay $7,000 EXTRA just because I showed interest in the car. And the trade-ins? A complete insult. Their numbers were so low it was basically an attempt to make me give my cars away for pennies, as if I have no idea what my vehicles are actually worth. But the story didn’t end there. They spent the entire week calling me, trying to convince me that I’m “wrong,” that this kind of overpayment is “normal,” and that I’m “missing out” if I don’t sign their fake inflated deal. The desperation was unreal. What completely broke my mind was when they actually offered to come to my home to “estimate my trades” and “talk in person.” Who does that? Why would a dealership need to come to someone’s house to pressure them into a deal? This was beyond unprofessional - it felt strange, desperate, and extremely uncomfortable. The salesman smiled and pretended to be friendly, but behind that smile was a setup. A trap. The moment I saw the numbers, everything became clear: this wasn’t a mistake. This wasn’t confusion. This was a planned rip-off from start to finish. Northland Kia uses pressure, fake packages, hidden fees, invented add-ons, nonstop calls, and lowball trade-in offers to squeeze every dollar out of people who trust them. If they treated me like this, imagine how many people they’ve already scammed. Stay far away from Northland Kia. More

I owned a 2014 Kia Optima SX Turbo, and despite doing all required maintenance on time, the engine completely seized at only 135,000 k buying a Kia. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable for a modern vehicle. When I contacted the Kia dealership, they refused to take any responsibility because the maintenance I performed was not recorded in the Kia service history system — even though I had done everything properly and maintained the car regularly. I trusted Kia with this vehicle, but the reliability has been terrible, and the lack of support from the dealership made the situation even worse. I am sharing this so others can make an informed decision. I would not recommend this vehicle or rely on Kia’s support when something major happens. More
I bought a 2010 Hyundai Sonata that Northland Kia consigned to Regal Auctions. Within two days, major mechanical problems appeared (engine knock-sensor faults and an oil-pan leak) that were never dis consigned to Regal Auctions. After investigation, Regal Auctions’ Buyer Protection Program refunded me in full for undisclosed defects — they handled the situation professionally. What disappointed me was Northland Kia’s part: dealership staff later confirmed by text and email that the car had failed their internal safety inspection and was not suitable for public sale, yet it was still listed for sale on multiple sites — and even relisted again after my refund. I gave the dealership every opportunity to make things right and reimburse my out-of-pocket expenses, but management simply replied, “We respectfully decline.” Regal Auctions deserves credit for standing behind their policy. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for Northland Kia’s transparency or accountability. More

The dealership is a jokes service is rude to customers. They claim they are friendly when they are not. They overcharge on shop supplies and when you book for an oil change and they offer all of the other They claim they are friendly when they are not. What warranty you already denied my warranty claim! When you ask to speak to the manager they will take a message but the manager will never call you back. Even when you put numerous calls in to the dealership the manager will never call you back! I am amazed.ed this dealership is still in business. More
