As you can see I gave him a 5 Star rating as the purchase was a very smooth process from beginning to end. Vinh was extremely helpful, knowledegable and a true professional. There wasn't a moment in time where I felt pressure to buy, He didn't give me the run around as I've had in past. He worked out his BEST price on the Kia Sorento and made the deal happen. Vinh made me feel like I was a Valued Customer and now a days that's few and far between out there with these dealerships. Blown away! I have a very bad credit with high interest rate. I took a chance, told Arsalan my “credit story” and what I wanted. He patiently listened, did not pr I have a very bad credit with high interest rate. I took a chance, told Arsalan my “credit story” and what I wanted. He patiently listened, did not promise anything but gave me his word that he will try his best. I did not expect anything. Given my credit history I know I am not gonna get the deal that I wanted. After a day, I received a voicemail and it wasn’t what I wanted to hear... So I told myself forget it. Day after, Arsalan left me a voicemail and told me come in, let’s talk and bring a void cheque with you. Wow, I thought, you are that confident huh? So I told myself why not! I went in and he blew my mind! He got me a rate that went down almost 60% from what I had before and asked for zero down payment. I told him, “You got me at the lower rate with zero down!” SOLD! I will take whatever car he was giving me. He made the deal even better when he gave me a Kia Rondo! Wow! Just like that! Done! Nothing is impossible! Just ask and with the new team at Northland Kia, they will try their best to give you what you want and within reason! Check out their dealership, maybe the next customer that they could help is you!
