Blown away! I have a very bad credit with high interest rate. I took a chance, told Arsalan my “credit story” and what I wanted. After a day, I received a voicemail and it wasn’t what I wanted to hear... So I told myself forget it. Day after, Arsalan left me a voicemail and told me come in, let’s talk and bring a void cheque with you. Wow, I thought, you are that confident huh? So I told myself why not! I went in and he blew my mind! He got me a rate that went down almost 60% from what I had before and asked for zero down payment. I told him, “You got me at the lower rate with zero down!” SOLD! I will take whatever car he was giving me. He made the deal even better when he gave me a Kia Rondo! Wow! Just like that! Done! Nothing is impossible! Very knowledgeable and exuded hospitality. Made sure all my needs and wants in a car where looked at and allowed me to hum and hah over different models before settling on one. Very patient; very helpful. Over the last 7 years I've also dealt with Shane in the service department quite often and after all these years he still remembers me.
