Best Ever!! So, for months we looked different SUVs at Ford, Toyota, Lincoln, Kia, Subaru, Dodge/Jeep and we researched every other vehicle in a couple different So, for months we looked different SUVs at Ford, Toyota, Lincoln, Kia, Subaru, Dodge/Jeep and we researched every other vehicle in a couple different SUV/CUV classes. We were going from two vehicles down to one, and we were determined to find the ride that suited both of us, and our lifestyle. We had our eye on the Sorento from the beginning and had visited two other Kia dealerships in Edmonton but we had a couple off putting experiences. In the end I was ready to make a deal with Toyota, but suddenly, late one Saturday afternoon, I decided to make a trip to NE Kia to see if I could salvage the Sorento idea because, really, it's the best value for money in its class (and quite possibly the class above) and we really liked the features and styling. As soon as I walked into the dealership I was met by sales manager, Michael, and we had a nice chat, and soon after I was dealing with Steven Redfearn in sales. This was a no BS experience right from the get-go. I was able to just talk with Steven without having to cut through the usual sales schtick and script. He's well versed in the products, and was full of different ideas to make a deal work for both parties. Along the way as finance got involved, we all learned more and the team was able to set up a deal that helped us immensely. Honestly, after buying 9 vehicles between my wife and I since 1999, this was at the top of our dealer experiences; I could not say enough nice things about our NE Kia team, Michael, Steven, Olivia, and Brittany. This was not only a painless experience but pain relieving. I know that sounds cryptic, but you'll have to find out for yourself just how awesome dealing with North Edmonton Kia really is. More

She was really good at explaining the deal and finding out which vehicle and features would best suit my needs/wants and placed me into a vehicle to test drive. Since my bad experience purchasing a vehicle at the west Edmonton kia before north was opened i was really happy dealing with someone who wasn't trying to play me and was honest and approachable unlike the stereotypical car salesman. The other dealership having had a bad experience made it difficult to fully enjoy my vehicle i bought from them so it was nice to have the option to upgrade and feel good about my vehicle. Mike was great going over the deal in place and Olivia was great in the finance office. I had been taking my previous vehicle at North Edmonton Kia for servicing and also received really good service from amelie and others in that department. Having the shuttle service is awesome.
