He was kind, polite and most importantly understanding in what I was looking for. I didn't feel any pressure in to getting a particular car or model. They were patient and kind when dealing with me. Especially Olivia when it came to the financing part. She was so great, very good at explaining all the fine details. More

Ended up making a deal on the 2016 Soul SX SE Sport Edition. Working with Marc was painless, and everything went incredibly smooth on this deal. Worked over some details in the process with Michael Caddarao and Paul Bessette, incredibly happy with their level of commitment as well. Unlike some dealerships with blaring music and others with overly aggressive sales people who only came across as phony, the atmosphere was calm and relaxed and the staff at North Edmonton Kia were professional and worked to get me into a vehicle that suited my needs at a great price. We eventually settled on a demo Kia Sorento and love it. The entire experience was fantastic and everyone that we dealt with were top notch. This comes across as a bit of an ad as I write this but I can't stress how much it is true: before you buy anywhere else, see what the staff here can do for you. More
