Great Experience @ North Bay Toyota. THANK YOU. I love how they set up appointments and North Bay Toyota are generally right on schedule.. They also give you a "friendly" reminder. Now they have a "perk" that they---wash your vehicle if you have purchased your vehicle from them--and this can be exercised any time. Now if I can get that done for me----THAT WOULD BE OUTSTANDING. Understanding and assistance at difficult time I found damage to my vehicle which I had just purchased a month ago. Sheen, Sales Rep, heard me out and helped me resolve the repair situation. I later realized that my own Service mechanic had checked the vehicle out while installing winter tires and would have noticed such damage. The vehicle was not damaged when I took possession of it from Sheen at the dealership. I was still treated with respect by the dealership and will be back for my next Toyota. More
