Now I did not buy my Toyota at this dealership two years ago but they have been outstanding in servicing my vehicle along the way. Now they have a "perk" that they---wash your vehicle if you have purchased your vehicle from them--and this can be exercised any time. Now if I can get that done for me----THAT WOULD BE OUTSTANDING. Understanding and assistance at difficult time I found damage to my vehicle which I had just purchased a month ago. Sheen, Sales Rep, heard me out and helped me resolve the repair situation. I later realized that my own Service mechanic had checked the vehicle out while installing winter tires and would have noticed such damage. The vehicle was not damaged when I took possession of it from Sheen at the dealership. I was still treated with respect by the dealership and will be back for my next Toyota. More
