This review is very late, but worth it. My wife and I are very happy with our purchase of our 2019 1500 Ram Classic. We purchased it in August of 2019. I would recommend to any of my friend My wife and I are very happy with our purchase of our 2019 1500 Ram Classic. We purchased it in August of 2019. I would recommend to any of my friends to purchase a vehicle from Nor-Lan. Sales staff and financing did everything they needed to, too ensure we were happy with our purchase. Since then, we have used the service department twice for an air-conditioning issue. The service staff are always professional and polite. More

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! ! I had a deal on a used vehicle with them, financing was all done, they were just waiting on a part to come in to fix this vehicle. Then after waitin ! I had a deal on a used vehicle with them, financing was all done, they were just waiting on a part to come in to fix this vehicle. Then after waiting for over 2 weeks and hearing the same bs story that they were waiting on a part, they ask me for a $500 deposit that I refused because financing was already done and the deal was made. We were just waiting on the part to show up to sign the papers. Then they go behind my back and sell the vehicle from under me and ghost me completely. Pretty shady dealership! More
