Backing of work performed is POOR!!!!!!!! Work was improperly performed resulting in a return visit were I was charged to rectify the previous error made by the dealership. Worst Dealer Out There If it was possible yo give negative stars to this dealer I would. every time I go here it's worse than the last. Our truck went in three times for war If it was possible yo give negative stars to this dealer I would. every time I go here it's worse than the last. Our truck went in three times for warranty work and it as never done correctly. They didn't listen to what we had to say but instead my SO's mother who worked there. On one incident we went 3 days without our truck because they didn't bother to keep us informed and instead went of what she said even though she is not the owner of the truck, nor does she have a say in what gets done when. Their shuttle service wouldn't take my SO to work as he was out of town and refused to give out a loaner, we had to pay cab fees for those three days that we never got back. On another occasion we were looking into buying a used car but didn't want my SO'd mother to know but some how she found out what we were looking into and what we were approved for. There is zero client confidentiality at this place. I have so many other horror stories that I could go on for days! We now purchase and get all service work done in Edmonton of Leduc as both dealers we deal with there are beyond helpful and and never try to sell us things we don't ask for or need and advise us of things wearing before hand so that we can prepare to get it repaired in the future. More
