Billal and his team were so informative, helpful and were there for my best interest, respecting my needs and my budget. Billal was professional, friendly and even took time out of his day to drive 30mins north and back to capture a photo for aboriginal tax excempt! Within minutes, one of the sales reps had made me a coffee and got me into contact with the sales rep who would handle my purchase. I felt comfortable and confident in my decision the whole time, and was never pressured into anything. My sales rep Greg, worked with me and for me, to get the best possible price on the vehicle I wanted. Also, Joe, the sales manager was very quick to address and take care of any issues through the whole process. The staff there really takes customer care to the next level. My wife and I are thrilled about our new vehicle and look forward to future dealings with the Newmarket Hyundai team. More

He walked me through the car leasing experience from start to finish including all costs involved so there were no surprises. When I came back a week later after doing some additional research he met with me again and I was really impressed how comfortable the entire experience was. His low pressure and hands on approach really made the experience more enjoyable and I would definitely recommend speaking to him about a new car. More

I dealt with Clarence Walker who I found very personable, knowledgeable and excellent to deal with. I ended up purchasing a 2016 Sonata GLS SE and he was very fair in giving me the best price for the vehicle as well as a fair price for my trade-in. I also dealt with Jay Joerges to finalize the deal and was impressed with the professionalism with which I was treated by the staff, leaving a very satisfied customer. I would highly recommend them and would go back for my next car purchase. More

Terrible customer service I had parts ordered and an appointment set up. Payed to tow my vehicle there as they guaranteed it would all be taken care of by end of day. No one ca I had parts ordered and an appointment set up. Payed to tow my vehicle there as they guaranteed it would all be taken care of by end of day. No one called me to update me during the day as they said they would. I showed up to pick my vehicle up at end of day when he work was supposed to be done. The vehicle was never even moved. No one even began paperwork on it. Cost me a tow bill and a day off work, close to $600.00. What a nightmare! Vehicle is still not fixed. I was left stranded. I can not believe how horrible the customer service reps treat and talk down to customers. Horrible place to go! More
Worst dealership I purchased my Tucson in 5 years deal, but I ended up it's 6 years deal instead! Not only that, I took my Tucson to the service department. I was advi I purchased my Tucson in 5 years deal, but I ended up it's 6 years deal instead! Not only that, I took my Tucson to the service department. I was advise I need to get my stabilizer done, so I did; but the same problem didn't solve, my car was still shaking. I ended up taking my Tucson to other mechanic, and I have been told the problem it come from the rotor. I spent few hundreds dollars to fix something I didn't need to fix, thanks for the wrong doing from Newmarket Dealership service department!!!!! More
