I've been to 5 other dealers over the past 2 weeks and my experience here has been the best. Daniel and the staff made me feel at home, with no pressure whatsoever. When my time to purchase approaches in January I will definitely be coming to Newmarket Hyundai to purchase my new car. I will be recommending them to all my family and friends. More
Scammed my 73 year old mother with additional service fees I wish there was a -5 star option for these guys. My 73 year old mother just went in to have the fall maintenance package and put on her winter tires. I wish there was a -5 star option for these guys. My 73 year old mother just went in to have the fall maintenance package and put on her winter tires. They charged her $40 to 'balance the tires" and $150 for some "minor alignment issues. These guys are always finding things to "fix" on my mom's car. We have the exact same car, it's 2 years older than my 73 year old mom's car, and we haven't had to do half the things they find to "fix" on my mom's car. We just had the same services (fall maintenance and install winter tires) done at Kingscross. We never received additional charges and if they see an issue arising, they let us know ahead of time that something may need to be repaired in the future. They also wash our car whenever we have it serviced. DO NOT go to the Newmarket dealership, they have no conscience. If they are okay with ripping off a 73 year old elderly woman, imagine what they will try to do to you. More
They are highly unproffesional, lie, and will overcharge. Please do not buy a car or suv from here. Love the santa fe but if you are looking for a hyundai try going to aurora hyundai, i am in the process of changing my service appointments to aurora and not going to deal with this newmarket hyundai again. Honestly i thought places like this were long gone 25 years ago. Amateurs all the way here , they should be ashamed at the way they do business. Will rip you off and hide things in contract every chance they get, take nothing at word of mouth from them and dont trust service department. More
Unprofessional and Misleading Totally misrepresented their extended warranty package in terms of content. When I challenged them on this a few months later after dropping into another dealership a few months later, I got the old "oh well! You signed it. Have a nice day!". I like my Elantra just fine, but this dealership will never receive one penny from my wallet ever again. More

She refuses to respond to emails or phone calls in a timely manner and ignored me for an entire week because she deemed me not important enough to devote her time to. She refused to refund me my entire refundable deposit because she licenced the car I was going to buy in my name BEFORE receiving confirmation of financing. Then when I went to pick up the remainder of my deposit, the car I was going to purchase was out for sale on their lot...while still licenced in my name with my deposit in their hands!!! If you are looking for a reputable business manager to find financing for you, steer clear of Newmarket Hyundai, or at least from Jennifer Grech. More

They tried to bully my wife with child and I into purchasing a car they changed the interest rate on - after we signed at 0%. This went on for 3 weeks...Only when we sent a letter from our lawyer did they finally understand they repudiated on our contract, of course we got out of the deal. And apparently, they don't have a general manager "we don't really have a general manager". Hmmm, that makes sense considering the general manager signed our contract... Stay far away from this place, don't be enticed by the promotions they can't honor. More
