Stuck with a minivan again! I have been in need of a new vehicle for quite some time. After looking at SUV's it was clear that I would be again driving a mini van to meet the cu I have been in need of a new vehicle for quite some time. After looking at SUV's it was clear that I would be again driving a mini van to meet the current needs of our family. Begrudgingly I bought a 2010 used Grand Caravan. This is my third Caravan so there is no sales pitch necessary, Mike understood what I needed and was very forthcoming with the inventory on the lot. The purchase was made Wednesday, and I drove it home Thursday. It was all done very quickly and professionally. I can't say that I love my van, but I do love the blue tooth and the roll down passenger windows. Hope the be the owner a sexy car one day! More

Great Customer Service Our family has owned many Chrysler, dodge and jeep vehicles. My wife and I have always brought our cars to Lynn for service at the dealer in Toron Our family has owned many Chrysler, dodge and jeep vehicles. My wife and I have always brought our cars to Lynn for service at the dealer in Toronto. Recently she moved to MacIver Dodge in Newmarket. Even though we have a Dealer in Bolton, we will drive the extra miles to see Lynn. Her knowledge and experience is valuable to us. No one likes to spend money on repairs but Lynn always tells us what we need now, can put off till later and what service's we should be prepared for. A couple months ago we needed a new vehicle right way and purchased a new 2014 Cherokee. We made the mistake of buying it elsewhere. The locks were not working properly. Even though we didn't buy the jeep at MacIver Dodge Lynn looked after us right away and had the problem fixed. As long as we own Jeeps we will always service with Lynn. More

Warranty Repair Purchased 2014 Jeep Cherokee it was having drivetrain issues at 345 KM. I booked an appointment with service and took it in, the appointment was for 1 Purchased 2014 Jeep Cherokee it was having drivetrain issues at 345 KM. I booked an appointment with service and took it in, the appointment was for 1:00 pm. it took them 2 hours to diagnose the problem by the time i was out with a rental it was 5 PM. I picked up my car today (after 7 days) its making the same noise again, the interior was dirty the passenger seats and door panels were extremely dirty. The car was driven 50 KM I mean I drove it 5 KM to my house to know that the problem still exists and they drove it 50 and still could not realize the car was not fixed. This is not what I expect from a dealership I mean this is a $42000 car that has been in the shop more then in my garage. Very disappointed. More
