New Vehicle Purchase Experience I went to visit the dealership and met with Dale a few weeks prior to the actual purchase of my vehicle. He was very friendly,resourceful, honest and willing to assist my family and I for the needs we were trying to meet in the purchase of a new vehicle. He took all the time needed to explain in detail all of our options. We went back a few weeks later and sealed the deal on the purchase of our new 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan. What I appreciated the most was the fact that I did not feel pressured. I was given all of the information I requested along with some savings from rebates he took the time to research for us. We are very happy with our new vehicle!! More

Fail to warranty work We had a new key made after losing all others. It worked about a half a dozen times then wouldn't turn the ignition. CAA driver indicated key wasn't l We had a new key made after losing all others. It worked about a half a dozen times then wouldn't turn the ignition. CAA driver indicated key wasn't long enough to hit all tumblers (van was on a slope when it wouldn't start). Dealership indicates that the ignition itself has now gone. I find this coincidence difficult to accept. Prior to losing key it worked fine. New key was always difficult to turn and then just stopped working. More
