In fact if it was not for his sincerity, focus on customer service, honesty and making sure we were taken care of, we would probably not have made this purchase with MacIver. Management was of no assistance and no where to be found, they were unable to complete a dealer trade on the Ram we were looking for, on countless visits to the dealer in the last two weeks they were no where to be seen. We were able to make a good deal on another vehicle on their lot. However due to Dale's unscheduled absence we were unable to pick up the vehicle in a timely manner. A few suggestions to the Management/owners- don't hide behind your desks, participate in welcoming potential customers and clean the rear of your property, it's a mess and looks like a dump. Dale; Thanks for everything, you kept us as MacIver customers! More

Rob showed me the model of a higher quality and of course higher price, but sold it to me for the same price as the Jeep i was originally interested in. Rob is very personable, knowledgeable and gets you what you want and then some. Nathan worked with two separate banks and got me a rate more than 2% less than originally qualified for. Nathan worked very hard on this deal ensuring i was leaving the same day with the vehicle i wanted at a good interest rate. Nathan worked diligently and quickly to make this happen for me in a very short period of time as the vehicle i previously owned died the day before and i was in desperate need of a new vehicle. Both these Gentleman demonstrated the Best Customer Service i have ever experienced when buying a new vehicle. I was very impressed with all the hard work they put into helping me out of my dilemma and could have easily taken advantage of the situation i was in. Instead they got me a great deal on a Jeep with a great interest rate and got me on the road with my new 2015 Jeep Patriot High Altitude. I couldn't be more pleased with the vehicle and the great service i was given by both these men. I would recommend anyone i know to speak to Nathan Baik for financing and Rob Valeri to get you a great vehicle at a great price when attending MacIver Dodge Ram in Newmarket. Very Satisfied I have been dealing with McIver for 20 years and have always been satisfied with the attention and service provided. They offered me a great deal to trade in my current lease and upgrade to a newer model at a lower monthly payment. Employees were polite, professional and enthusiastic. I'm very satisfied with my new vehicle. One area of improvement could be closer attention to contract details, as I had to resign paperwork five times before they were satisfied that it had been done correctly. One other area is after sales attention. I've found that once you've left with your new car they really don't like to hear back from you regarding small omissions or questions. A better method may be an after sales follow up call a couple of days after delivery to deal with any customer questions or concerns. More
