Most of the multiple service trips was due to the not very qualified service technicians not fixing it correctly the first time. Service Manager, Kevin is very condescending toward female customers. Quick & Painless. Ryan was fantastic to deal with. There wasn't much back and forth with negotiating and he realized we weren't there to play any games. He also came Ryan was fantastic to deal with. He could have very well passed it on to another sales rep.
