Three of those occasions found me stranded 400 series highways. My rental was a Toyota Corolla, hardly comparable and was from the surliest and abjectly ignorant rental company I have EVER encountered. My concerns were brought to the service manager to no avail, lip service is what I was given. My so called above average vehicle continues to unreliable, this dealership is equally unreliable. I will concede the support staff were very good, thank you ladies. More

3rd purchase from here I like this dealership because their prices are usually pretty good on pre owned vehicles. They are easy to work with and are very nice. The reason for the 3 star rating is that all 3 vehicles I have purchased from here have had immediate issues and I had to bring them back to be fixed. These were all pre owned vehicles but I thought the issues should have been seen when they were doing their inspections and safety's. This is my only issue with this dealership and since I have not used any other dealerships I have nothing to compare to. This could be a common issue for a dealers. More

Mike Dempsey and team was the difference I had to single out Mike Dempsey in my title because he was a true difference maker for me. I test drove and considered every other competing truck f I had to single out Mike Dempsey in my title because he was a true difference maker for me. I test drove and considered every other competing truck from Ford, GMC etc. The gap between how good of an experience I had with Mike compared to the other sales reps is so big words cannot describe. None of the others were even close. Mike was honest, upfront, and steered me away from options that I initially wanted but he didn't think was worth it (compared to every other salesperson who seemed to do the opposite). He was completely fair with my trade in actually giving me more than I originally asked for (who does that??). He is a super easy going guy. We had a lot of laughs throughout the process and he made it thoroughly enjoyable buying a new truck. I don't want to forget the rest of the team. They made things happen that I wasn't sure could be done. A true team effort. Everyone actually seems to work together and help each other there so it's very refreshing. Overall, I had a great experience. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering a new car and I highly recommend Mike to anyone who wants to deal with someone who will be upfront and honest with them throughout the process while enjoying the actual process of buying a new car/truck.
