Being a woman, a lot of car salesmen don't treat women with the respect they deserve and in some cases, aren't always honest and forthright. I then remembered how honest Dale was in every other purchase we made and how upfront he was about different things, so I went back to MacIver to visit Dale. I told Dale what I was looking for, what my budget was and challenges we had to work around. Dale was not only understanding and helpful, he was empathetic and worked with me to find me the exact vehicle I was looking for and it was slightly under my budget! My wife and I were in to look for a new Journey and although we didn't get a deal made with the sales department we were treated to very special service by Dan Earle in the parts department. This young man spent a great deal of time with us explaining about winter tires compared to snow tires and gave us a quote that was right on the money. We did end up purchasing a Journey from a different dealer but right away came back to MacIver Dodge for the service and purchase of new winter tires. Lip service, glancing interest, no follow up & poor service My 2015 Jeep Diesel has run out of gas 5 times now, replaced fuel tank sensor , computer and assertions that it won't happen again aren't worth the br My 2015 Jeep Diesel has run out of gas 5 times now, replaced fuel tank sensor , computer and assertions that it won't happen again aren't worth the breath they were uttered with. Three of those occasions found me stranded 400 series highways. My rental was a Toyota Corolla, hardly comparable and was from the surliest and abjectly ignorant rental company I have EVER encountered. My concerns were brought to the service manager to no avail, lip service is what I was given. My so called above average vehicle continues to unreliable, this dealership is equally unreliable. I will concede the support staff were very good, thank you ladies. More
