Worst Service and Working Attitude I had my Toyota Venza to do maintenance service at this dealer on April 7. Recall repair I took a 2013 Rav 4 in for a transmission issue covered by a recall. They called to say it was repaired, didn't even get out of lot and found steering I took a 2013 Rav 4 in for a transmission issue covered by a recall. They called to say it was repaired, didn't even get out of lot and found steering wheel was out 1/3 of turn , went back was told l would have to comeback next week to have alignment corrected. Left dealer and discovered car can't be driven due traction control, take car and park at my shop indoors. Next Monday go to shop after car has dried of only to notice rear bumper has damage from backing into another car or being run into. The general manager Joe and service manager tell me the techs save the car had no damage when car was in their shop and it had to have happened when l had the car. My point is why first of all w outdoor you give a car back unsafe to drive and then offer me a bumper cover at great deal. Do yourself a favour, stay away from these guys. P.S. my friend Greg C. whom bought a Venza from these guys was coming back to buy a 2015-2016 Highlander for his wife witnessed this. Not buying now. More
Quick Turnaround and Professional Service Went to Aurora Toyota about getting a Rav4. We worked with David Derouin. He was professional, well mannered, collaborative and was patient as me and Went to Aurora Toyota about getting a Rav4. We worked with David Derouin. He was professional, well mannered, collaborative and was patient as me and my wife had different capability needs. We arranged a test drive on the day after a two day ice storm so it was a great way to see how the Rav4 held up. David was patient and gave us enough time to see how the Rav4 handled in different conditions. We kept going back and forth between two vehicles before finally deciding on one. Negotiation was painless and not pushy. His tone and body language was positive and not aggressive or confrontational. When he went off to his Manager, he was back quickly. Other stuff were helpful were helpful and pleasant to deal with during the process. I also am very impressed with David and the whole team getting the car ready for us in under 24 hours. My wife had to work the next day and was facing 2 hour commute via bus. Thanks very much for having it ready for us so early - much appreciated! I can’t say anything bad about the process. If you are looking for a Toyota, I recommend seeking David out at Aurora Toyota. More

Dealership owned up to their faults we got a rental. One month later and car is ready, I head there and drive away; the senors tell me to go back to dealership.. I head back and was not impressed. I was very angry and may have come across as very rude; as any person dealing with this has the right to be angry. I am not good with English so have a hard time expressing myself. My fiancé didn’t want the car but dealership left us no choice said a deal is a deal. I had put 14 grand down payment and expect a new car not a car that needs to be in a shop for a month and I have a rental. Very unprofessional at the aurora location. Chris was rude, Dave was understanding but had no power in this situation. Joe was rude to my fiancé over the phone about my spelling, this is very hurtful and that can’t be easily removed as a review!! The car is damaged and has two vinn numbers and joe refuses to give a new car to us as we deserve. I would not recommend this dealership to my family, friends or anyone for that matter as they damaged our car, damaged another car without premium package and another door off another car! DO NOT BUY A C-HR 2018 from them!! They messed up on ours and it will be your problem not theirs, if you don’t see eit before leaving the dealership. Sales people have no knowledge of the cars they are selling and have to run back and forth to managers to ask questions. They have done nothing for us and the stress, emotional distress, work missed, has lost going back and fourth to deal with this.. do they offer anything to us , gas car??? Anything?? Not one thing and not even an apology. Only “these things happen” BUYERS BEWARE!!! C-HR. 2018 Aurora Toyota, damaged more than one car on their lot!!!! We have one!! Two more to sell boys!! More

I was refused a new car since I drove it off the lot, dealership owned up to their faults, gave me a rental. Get a call that the car is ready, drive a block and sensors say to go back to dealership. They switched doors, unfortunately Chris did not inform me that this was needed. I did not want a different door with a different vinn on it.. makes the car look like it’s not new!! One month later the car is ready and I don’t want this tampered car. It’s a great car but the tampering done makes it such a bad deal for me. I would never recommend this place to anyone as tint guy damages cars. I would think after all my concerns that my experience would be abit better and it is not. Manager is frustrated as my fiancé left a review. There is no right to bring up he can’t spell, he’s straight from Russia and fluent in Russian. He’s trying to express himself the best way he can but clearly not getting his point across; therefore I am taking over and receiving all the attitude, not fair to me. We both feel like we got screwed large with this deal, we got a rental and the tire blew, that was another nightmare.. i didn’t want the car then but fiancé took it because we were getting nowhere with anyone and paying for a car we don’t have. I would think after so much I’ve been through in the past month that there would be an apology from the manager,and there has not been one. I’m asking if there’s anything that can be done, I wanted a new car from the first list of issues but Chris refused this; Chris had said joe would make things right and I see it staying the same with it all with the conversations I’ve had. Very rude, disrespectful, not accommodating, not understanding, not sympathetic just rude because of a review done NOT BY ME!! So here’s my review for you!! Toyota Canada was very understanding and reached out to Aurora Toyota on my behalf and unfortunately the outcome was nothing once again. Management will be looking over reports, as they show nobody saw anything! So; from what I’ve experienced I don’t see this going anywhere but being more frustrated, as Chris mentioned they have fixed the car and that’s part of the contract. I will have to keep this car that they “fixed” although buying a new car it shouldn’t need fixing! With two vinns.. just a horrible experience. My fiancé comes across as rude when he’s angry, but that doesn’t excuse the attitude I’m getting from management!! I’m trying to be professional, but having a hard time now since joe is now making this personal on my fiancé not being able to spell or voice himself in English. I’m not being heard by anyone!! This is a new car and the experience was not right, fair and still not either. The work days lost, bringing my son there, and nothing in return. merry Christmas to all!! Don’t purchase from this location.. well that’s my opinion. There may be good deals that happen, but mine was horrible!! Lots of attitude and I’m not giving any back as I come from retail management and give respect hoping to receive it back. I Just want a fair deal as anyone walking in a dealership should get. I shouldn’t be told “well these things happen” from management. Sure things happen but on my time and dime?? Not fair at all!! Toyota doesn’t give away new cars, but they certainly should be giving a new car if there are paying customers and damage to the car from service department; if there is a scratch, dent on hood, firewall had a hole and bubbling tint.. that’s a lengthy list for a car just purchased and with 88km on it! That’s dealerships error and they should exchange for a new car as I was since day one a paying customer. I should be honoured that, treated with respect, and have no problem. Simple! Well, so I thought. Nobody is understanding my frustration, it has been xxxx and still not over. Been a month, made my second payment and just got the car back last week.. wow!! Two thumbs down! This is ridiculous service; Chris and joe should give more respect to me, as my name is on the bill of sale. Keep other reviews to themselves and not put anyone down, very unprofessional guys!!! More
