Forgot to service vehicle 2 x Terrible service. Needed vehicle for only a few hours to do minor service & would call. No call & they forgot to service my Sienna van---lots of meani Terrible service. defroster noise for 2016 Rav4 I bought Rav4 two months ago at Aurora Toyota. It was middle of Sep. so couldn't have chance to use blower for cooling or heating. Now I have been tur I bought Rav4 two months ago at Aurora Toyota. It was middle of Sep. so couldn't have chance to use blower for cooling or heating. Now I have been turning it on everyday for heating, then weird noise is coming. So I went to Aurora Toyota two weeks ago. They checked the noise and said me they need to order new blower and will call me when it's ready. But they didn't call me even though 10 days have been passed. So I called them on last Friday. Then they checked inventory and said me it's ready .... What da ? Anyway they changed blower motor today but still same noise was coming so I checked it again with technician. And he found it's not blower issue but defroster. We confirmed the same noise at air condition-on as well. But the biggest problem is they say they can't fix it up. Is it Rev4 design issue? ( means Made Toyota wrong design for Rav4 ? ) Do I have to drive with this noise specially at summer time when air-condition is on ? The most important reason that I selected Toyota is I trusted the quality. My old car was Corolla and it had no any issue for 12 years. But now I am very disappointed ... ! More

Simple seat repair The middle row captain seat would not collapse. Took it in, explained the problem. They took it in the shop to "take a look" at it. They said the cable had stretched and it needed to be replaced,they would have to order one. Took it back a week later when they called and said the part was in, they had it for 2.5hrs then called and said it was ready. My wife picked it up.....still not fixed! Apparently its my fault for not explaining it properly. This is after the service adviser looking at it himself plus they having the van for one hour "taking a look" at it during my initial visit. INCOMPETENCE at this location! More

BEWARE when buying a used vehicle Bought a used car that was supposed to be 'Toyota Certified' and 'Dealer maintained'. Was shown maintenance records of a different vehicle by the sales person to prove that it was maintained at Aurora Toyota (didn't think I'd have to double check the VIN number that he punched in, silly me!). When I went to my own dealer, it turned out the car was serviced at Aurora only twice. Also missing: the record of the Toyota Certification. When I confronted the management I was fed some BS about my extended warranty being the reason why the car was never actually certified and how I actually don't need the certification because it costs them money. I was expecting that the management to be surprised by what had transpired, but instead they chose to defend and excuse the actions of this sales person. Guess this probably happens a lot... More
