Prompt professional service I have purchased two cars from Aurora Toyota. A 2009 Corolla and a 2011 Camry. I have been treated well by this dealership over the years of ownership I have purchased two cars from Aurora Toyota. A 2009 Corolla and a 2011 Camry. I have been treated well by this dealership over the years of ownership and do all my service needs with this honourable dealership. Last friday I had a repair that I needed done faster than as soon as possible as I was going out of town and also had to be a work meeting that same morning. Carina Melo understood my perdicament and being the consummate professional that she is got me back on the road promptly. Carina cares about her customers and does all she can to make the service experience a positive one. More
Service for clutch I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. After receiving my car after repairs to my clutch it was not right. After talking to head office I was advised to go to another dealership. Richmond Hill Toyota took the time to assess the problem and did the appropriate repairs to my clutch without charges. I am so happy. Thumbs up for all the guys at Richmond Hill Toyota for their impeccable service. More
Not sure If i can trust the service centre I bought the (used) car from them and did the services with them closed to last 3 years. Three months ago I booked them to perform few services includ I bought the (used) car from them and did the services with them closed to last 3 years. Three months ago I booked them to perform few services including brake maintenance (brake service with fluid replacement) based on recommendation from Toyota web. Two months after they did the job, I started to hear noise in the rear brakes and I took back to them and they said brake pads and rotors are gone and need to changes all of them ($650). I asked them how come you didn’t notice this when you did the brake maintenance. Mechanic told me they only did brake fluid replacement. They didn’t do the brake service as I requested when I booked the appointment. Not sure paper work person missed it or other one…I end up paying extra. If they had informed me early I could have save some money. So disappointed with their work. I also end up paying for checking this issue in addition. More
AVOID the Service department - Scam I brought my car to this dealership for the maintenance. I got a bill of $266 dollar for that and it looks like they did many unneeded services withou I brought my car to this dealership for the maintenance.
