RIPPING OFF LOYAL CUSTOMERS IS NOT A METHOD I UNDERSTAND THAT THE MAJORITY OF DEALERSHIPS, NO MATTER WHAT BRAND IS SOLD, MAKE THEIR MONEY IN SERVICE. RIPPING OFF LOYAL CUSTOMERS IS NOT A METHOD THAT SHOULD BE CONDONED, BUT THEY DO!!!! A FULL BRAKE SERVICE AND REPLACEMENT WAS DONE ON MY VEHICLE GUARANTEED FOR ONE YEAR, PARTS AND LABOUR. WELL, ELEVEN MONTHS LATER BRAKES WORE OUT BACK AND FRONT - xxx? RETURNED TO THESE xxxxxxxx TO HONOUR THE CONTRACT AND THEY REFUSED THEN CHARGED A SERVICE FEE. I FOUND ANOTHER MECHANIC TO DO WHAT THESE PEOPLE CAN'T. NEVER AGAIN!! I SUBSEQUENTLY FILED A COMPLAINT DIRECTLY TO TOYOTA CANADA. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. More

Service for clutch I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. After receiving my car after repairs to my clutch it was not right. After talking to head office I was advised to go to another dealership. Richmond Hill Toyota took the time to assess the problem and did the appropriate repairs to my clutch without charges. Not sure If i can trust the service centre I bought the (used) car from them and did the services with them closed to last 3 years. Three months ago I booked them to perform few services includ I bought the (used) car from them and did the services with them closed to last 3 years. Three months ago I booked them to perform few services including brake maintenance (brake service with fluid replacement) based on recommendation from Toyota web. Two months after they did the job, I started to hear noise in the rear brakes and I took back to them and they said brake pads and rotors are gone and need to changes all of them ($650). I asked them how come you didn’t notice this when you did the brake maintenance. Mechanic told me they only did brake fluid replacement. They didn’t do the brake service as I requested when I booked the appointment. Not sure paper work person missed it or other one…I end up paying extra. If they had informed me early I could have save some money. So disappointed with their work. I also end up paying for checking this issue in addition. More

AVOID the Service department - Scam I brought my car to this dealership for the maintenance. I got a bill of $266 dollar for that and it looks like they did many unneeded services withou I brought my car to this dealership for the maintenance.
