RIPPING OFF LOYAL CUSTOMERS IS NOT A METHOD THAT SHOULD BE CONDONED, BUT THEY DO!!!! A FULL BRAKE SERVICE AND REPLACEMENT WAS DONE ON MY VEHICLE GUARANTEED FOR ONE YEAR, PARTS AND LABOUR. WELL, ELEVEN MONTHS LATER BRAKES WORE OUT BACK AND FRONT - xxx? RETURNED TO THESE xxxxxxxx TO HONOUR THE CONTRACT AND THEY REFUSED THEN CHARGED A SERVICE FEE. I FOUND ANOTHER MECHANIC TO DO WHAT THESE PEOPLE CAN'T. NEVER AGAIN!! I SUBSEQUENTLY FILED A COMPLAINT DIRECTLY TO TOYOTA CANADA. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. More
