We had a horrible experience as they forcefully sold us the Se We got the Toyota Highlander 2022 and were really unhappy with the unprofessionalism. We had a horrible experience as they forcefully sold us the SecureRide 1 year warranty despite purchasing the Toyota extended warranty for 7 years and did not have the courtesy to explain the features of the same as well. The finance manager even said that "We do not sell any cars without SecureRide" at our facility even if the customer doesn't want the warranty. We tried speaking to the Store manager who was not helpful with the resolution. Won't recommend to anyone I know. More
