That's right, when you checking their vision on toyota.ca it is all about the vehicle, tech and their money. none about its employee. I signed the contract with a promised made by the manager, then it could not be delievered. This is somewhat misleading and misguiding. Then there were series of other issues which strongly reflecting lack of leadership and honesty at this dealership. Also durng this Covid 19. makes me very worried of insufficient disinfection procesures. More
