Truck returned with issues Brought 6 month old truck in for an oil change and peace of mind inspection. Was told I needed a further $500 of work done however my previous peace of mind inspection at my regular dealer in another province only 3 months earlier hadn’t mentioned any of the repairs I supposedly needed. Truck was returned to me and the front lock didn’t work on the driver side and climate control had been messed with. When I called to ask them about the lock they rudely told me they didn’t work on them and to bring it in. Instead I called the service department of my regular dealership and after some fiddling they found a setting where You can control how the lock work based on each key fob. When I made the change the doors worked again. This change requires someone to go into a menu system to make the change so it cannot be tripped by accident. Why the lock setting was touched I will never know but I will never go back to this dealer. More

No work or anything done to the vehicle yet still charged 400 dollars to have my vehicle stored there for a few days, and forced to have to deal with renting a car. Way to go Nanaimo Chrysler, you guys are absolutely useless and would never recommend anyone to ever deal with you guys, it would save them a ton of time, money, and a headache. More
Dishonest management group Was quoted one price and when I was there to receive my new truck they changed the cost by $3000.00 and wouldn't come clean on what was agreed upon. . Carla was a delight to work with.fast and knowledgeable. Carla and the team at Nanaimo Chrysler jeep went over and above to give us us the deal we wanted and the car we wanted at a fair price. If you haven't bought your car from them then STAY AWAY Bought my Dodge Journey from the local Mitsubishi dealer in town and I have been treated like gold there. Not so much at this dealership. Went in for a service recall and was asked them to check on the Bluetooth that wasn't working. They said it needed to be replaced and it was under warranty. Made the appointment under warranty ...dropped off my vehicle under warranty... went to the mall under warranty.....came back and was told nothing had been done as my bill was going to be over 700.00! What happened to warranty??? Oh....i must have put a few numbers wrong. It happens. Seriously??? Day off work and 2 hour round trip and then was asked "Did you buy the vehicle from us? No I didn't. So get lost. Never and I mean never will I or anyone I know ever buy a vehicle from these people. More
Very bad service department We had our jeep Cherokee, diesel worked on many many times within a short period. They charged us every time but didn't fix the problem. We were charged over $5000 within a 3 week period, leaving our vehicle with them for days on end. Nothing was fixed; we were getting a diesel smell coming inside the vehicle, but they couldn't find the problem, kept charging us when nothing was fixed. The service manager had very poor customer service, yelled at me telling me my husband took our jeep somewhere else to be worked on; which was never the case.. we always took our vehicle to nanaimo. I argued until we got into a yelling match. He was so rude, could not reason with him. The last time we picked up our vehicle it died on the side of the road; computer died for no reason. Ok.. I don't want to put blame here, but I'm sure something was rigged to make this happen. I no longer have this vehicle and will NEVER EVER EVER BUY A CHRYSLER PRODUCT AS LONG AS I'm ALIVE. Please stay away from this dealership. More

Every employee we encountered gave us outstanding customer service, they went above and beyond for us. They created a comforting and playful atmosphere for our children while my wife and I discussed our options. Our sales representative Randy was hands down AMAZING. He made us not only happy with our purchase but excited as well. He took the time and made the effort to incorporate every need we had (and we were picky). Randy made us feel like we were part of their family with the way he treated us and our children who loved hanging out with him and playing with the toys with him. James was also a huge part of our purchase and worked with us and Randy to make our numbers meet our budget and help us feel comfortable with the purchase we were making. Our family would like to thank all of them for the service we received and we would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. More

Went for a run while I waited, jeep being washed when I got back so I went and sat in the lobby. 45 min. later wandered back into service area and was greeted with "oh, didn't he bring your key around to you?" Well, no, I had to come looking for it. He did apologize, but really, it wasn't especially busy, I shouldn't have had to go looking for my key. We've dealt with Toyota for the last 10 years with two different vehicles and they are by far one of the best auto companies we have ever dealt with. If I hadn't wanted a wrangler for years and years I almost wish we would have stuck with another Toyota. Really disappointed so far. Hope things improve since we're in it for the long haul now. More
