Very bad service department We had our jeep Cherokee, diesel worked on many many times within a short period. They charged us every time but didn't fix the problem. We were charged over $5000 within a 3 week period, leaving our vehicle with them for days on end. Nothing was fixed; we were getting a diesel smell coming inside the vehicle, but they couldn't find the problem, kept charging us when nothing was fixed. The service manager had very poor customer service, yelled at me telling me my husband took our jeep somewhere else to be worked on; which was never the case.. we always took our vehicle to nanaimo. I argued until we got into a yelling match. He was so rude, could not reason with him. The last time we picked up our vehicle it died on the side of the road; computer died for no reason. Ok.. I don't want to put blame here, but I'm sure something was rigged to make this happen. I no longer have this vehicle and will NEVER EVER EVER BUY A CHRYSLER PRODUCT AS LONG AS I'm ALIVE. Please stay away from this dealership. More

Every employee we encountered gave us outstanding customer service, they went above and beyond for us. They created a comforting and playful atmosphere for our children while my wife and I discussed our options. Our sales representative Randy was hands down AMAZING. He made us not only happy with our purchase but excited as well. He took the time and made the effort to incorporate every need we had (and we were picky). Randy made us feel like we were part of their family with the way he treated us and our children who loved hanging out with him and playing with the toys with him. James was also a huge part of our purchase and worked with us and Randy to make our numbers meet our budget and help us feel comfortable with the purchase we were making. Our family would like to thank all of them for the service we received and we would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. More

Went for a run while I waited, jeep being washed when I got back so I went and sat in the lobby. 45 min. later wandered back into service area and was greeted with "oh, didn't he bring your key around to you?" Well, no, I had to come looking for it. He did apologize, but really, it wasn't especially busy, I shouldn't have had to go looking for my key. We've dealt with Toyota for the last 10 years with two different vehicles and they are by far one of the best auto companies we have ever dealt with. If I hadn't wanted a wrangler for years and years I almost wish we would have stuck with another Toyota. Really disappointed so far. Hope things improve since we're in it for the long haul now. More

Service 4x4 light came on Went into the dealership and explained service 4x4 light came on. Seemed like another person squeezed me into a certain day when they shouldn't have. Went into the dealership and explained service 4x4 light came on. Seemed like another person squeezed me into a certain day when they shouldn't have. Therefore received a rushed service. All they did was reset the trouble codes which takes 30 seconds and charged me for a whole hour explaining a road test was needed. Sent me on my way only to drive back home to another province and light came on again. Had to rent a hotel and waste money at a hotel in a different town 5 hrs away from Nanaimo to troubleshoot the issue. In which a competent service team at another dealership discovered it was the alternator. Needless to say if you want half xxx service and a quick band aid over your problem Nanaimo Chrysler is the optimal choice. I will never go to this dealership again. I'd suggest taking the time to find a good technical service team. I'd give zero stars if it was possible. More

Purchased two weeks ago and the sales experience went well with both the sales representative and sales manager being willing to make a reasonable deal and allowance for a fair trade in on our older vehicle. Business staff were very accommodating as well. They took the time to methodically go over the car's features and explain its operation on day of pickup. No use of service as yet but did find this dealership much more pleasant, helpful in answering our questions and less pressuring than their competitors Parksville and Woodgrove dealerships. I would not hesitated to purchase another car or to recommend this dealership to my friends and relatives. We spent a fair amount of time with them during the process and found them to be extremely courteous and professional. Note: Marked as FCA Chrysler purchase given lack of Fiat choice. More
