Mohammad Khan is rude and a fraud The other car dealers in this dealer ship are very supportive and helping.But Mohamamd Khan is very rude. On top of that he will talk you in to signing papers without even asking if you want to buy a car or not. His ridiculous behaviour and unappropriate customer care forced me to write all this.I would recommend this dealership but WARN you to specifically avoid this man named Mohammad Khan.HE LITERALLY IS A FRAUD , and has no customer compliance. I went in there with my cousin on the second day after she told me that she was talked in to signing uninformed agreement. When I respectfully told him that this was completely wrong! He told me to mind my own business and I shouldn't interfere.I asked him to call his manager and he rudely replied that he was also a manager of that branch...in other words he told me to mind my own business.Before we were leaving I said we wanted to back out and cancel the deal.He replied that it won't be possible at all and it could lead us in to illegal issues.Next day my cousin went in and was dealt by another sales man and was refunded the money back. I am writing all this to inform you guys...just to be careful.Please! More

Bait and switch I'm looking to buy a cargo van and I saw one like another one I've seen on autotrader and called this dealership and spoke to a lady and later transfe I'm looking to buy a cargo van and I saw one like another one I've seen on autotrader and called this dealership and spoke to a lady and later transferred to manager ( Jesse) he comes on phone and tells "me no problem about price not only I will match price but you have to come in let me see your face here". I picked up my brother off thinking we're going to buy a van? Get there after making us wait around for over an hour looking at our existing 09 van and comes back offering $1000 bucks (cheapest van online same specs are selling from $13K-$8K) . After not agreeing to trade in he's price on van remained same and he admitted wasting my time and he didn't do anything for us, it's the old tricks come in we will do everything but proves nothing once there. Didn't appreciate he's comments after saying " go to muskoka there's a van there" . Never buy from these guys or recommend waste of time with these jokers. STAY AWAY More

New Car Purchase At the end of February we talked to Brayley wanted buy our 2015 Caravan. We are leasing the van. We crunched numbers and found out we could not trade. The customer service from Brayley was excellent. He picked me up to get our new car the following day. There was a slight delay due to some corrections in paperwork but otherwise the experience was very good. 4.5 is on par to the rating. More
