Bait and switch I'm looking to buy a cargo van and I saw one like another one I've seen on autotrader and called this dealership and spoke to a lady and later transfe I'm looking to buy a cargo van and I saw one like another one I've seen on autotrader and called this dealership and spoke to a lady and later transferred to manager ( Jesse) he comes on phone and tells "me no problem about price not only I will match price but you have to come in let me see your face here". I picked up my brother off thinking we're going to buy a van? Get there after making us wait around for over an hour looking at our existing 09 van and comes back offering $1000 bucks (cheapest van online same specs are selling from $13K-$8K) . After not agreeing to trade in he's price on van remained same and he admitted wasting my time and he didn't do anything for us, it's the old tricks come in we will do everything but proves nothing once there. Didn't appreciate he's comments after saying " go to muskoka there's a van there" . Never buy from these guys or recommend waste of time with these jokers. STAY AWAY More
New Car Purchase At the end of February we talked to Brayley wanted buy our 2015 Caravan. We are leasing the van. We crunched numbers and found out we could not trade. The customer service from Brayley was excellent. He picked me up to get our new car the following day. There was a slight delay due to some corrections in paperwork but otherwise the experience was very good. 4.5 is on par to the rating. More

Very Friendly and upfront I had just purchased a car from these guys and a couple days later I was having an issue with one of my tires. I was freaking out because I don't know I had just purchased a car from these guys and a couple days later I was having an issue with one of my tires. I was freaking out because I don't know anything about cars but Iggy took care of the issue right away and was very understanding and upfront about my issues. They will screw U After a telephone conversation confirming my intention to trade I made an appointment and drove six hours to reach the dealership. Haseeb was a nice m After a telephone conversation confirming my intention to trade I made an appointment and drove six hours to reach the dealership. Haseeb was a nice man but then it all went south. I confirmed my intention to purchase the vehicle and leave the same day with my new purchase. I was told this would not be possible as the dealership needed to keep my trade for 24 hours to determine if it was adequate. I was offered far less than I was promised originally and was insulted as they told me I was from out of town so I could stay the night in a motel and return in the morning to find out their appraisal of my vehicle. I was offered seven thousand less than another dealership but that price was contingent upon my car passing their test. This was all done with the salesman running from me to the slimy sales manager and returning with new terms and each time the deal was degraded. I realized this was a power play - they knew I wanted the car and I had just driven a long way so they wre going to keep the power and make me pay. I walked out of the dealership frustrated, hurt and disgusted. When I finally arrived home a message was on my machine telling me they had good news and I was to return so we could make a deal. Have you ever heard of such a thing? On my way home I went to a small town dealership and was given seven thousand dollars more on my old car and got a better price with lower mileage on my new car and drove home within the hour. I am not writing bad reviews because I am mean - I write this review because this dealership gives all dealerships a bad reputation. This is the place to avoid. My recommendation is to find a small town with a dealership that is well known in the community (ask at Tim Horton's) and rest assured the sales manager will not be a slime ball like this place. More

I felt comfortable with him and he quickly understood my needs and didn't bother to try and change my mind or provide me with options I have zero interest in. I'm a busy person and I am grateful that he didn't waste my time and efficiently managed the entire sales process. More
