This dealership has very unprofessional workers and the worse customer service I ever experienced. My husband and I were completely lied to about the pricing of a car, we asked when there next sale was they told us not for a long time when they had a tent sale the very NEXT day. They tried to over charge for warrenty that didn't cover basically anything we asked for. The trade in value they gave me for my high value car was a joke and way under value.Then to put the icing on the cake we didn't even get to choose the color of the car they choose and gave us no options. When we asked about our concerns about what we were told we were givin attitude, lack of professionalism and insult by other sales people. They took it as far as insulting my appearance so I can afford the car xxx I have a high paying job I'm quite capable of affording a new car but non the less I don't need to be swindled on price and lied to. This dealership has nothing but swindlers and con artist they do not care what the customer wants, needs or ask for, they only care about putting a sale in the books for the day. This dealership puts shame to the name Chrysler. NEVER would I recommend this dealership to anyone. You will be paying more and not getting what you ask for. The service is so bad that even the receptionist is rude. Completely disgusted how they treat people and how they conduct business. They need new management and workers that understand the word RESPECT makes me completely angry when I think about my experiance in this dealership. Do yourself a favor if your looking to purchase a car go to another dealership this one will only cause stress and result in not what u asked for. More
