I told him what I was looking for and he had my truck there in a matter of 2 days. Coming from out of town Brayley set everything up for an easy pick and hassle free sale . Brayley was always on the ball keeping me in the loop on the status of my vehicle . By far the best service yet . Also wanting rims and a level for my truck brayley was very prompt on getting me prices (within 10 minutes) also giving me other options on tires and rims and making sure they would fit . More

Average Visit Purchased a new vehicle from Parkway after having a bad experience at another GTA Chrysler Dealership. The sales process of purchasing the vehicle was Purchased a new vehicle from Parkway after having a bad experience at another GTA Chrysler Dealership. The sales process of purchasing the vehicle was very smooth and I had no issues. I found the Finance Manager to be a little pushy with the warranty and after telling him I did not want any warranties Bill of Sale was printed with all warranties. I again informed him that I did not want any warranty and the correct bill of sale was printed with no warranties. I then found out I was approved for financing the vehicle and learned that my application was still submitted with the Extended Warranty. I again reiterated via email I did not want any warranties. I went to pickup the vehicle and was literally handed the keys and said enjoy. In the past I have been given a tour of the vehicle, learned about the features inside and outside as well as any upgrades completed. Upon getting home I realized the vehicle was missing a part I requested and sent an email to the Sales Associate but it has been 2 weeks and I have still not received a response and it has been 11 days. While the sales process was smooth I was disappointed with the rest of the process. More
