Wow! That was awesome. I was very hesitant to go to Parkway Chrysler after receiving just horrible service 10 years ago. But wow has this place changed. From the time I called to inquire about the vehicle to the time of pick up was a couple days as I am from ou This dealership is extremely impressive. From the time I called to inquire about the vehicle to the time of pick up was a couple days as I am from out of town and over a long weekend. Braley was prompt, efficient and kept me in the loop 100% of the time. My calls and or texts were either answered immediately or within 5 mins. When the truck arrived at this dealership from one of their other lots, Braley went above and beyond sending me pictures and walk through videos of the truck. As far as financing went I dealt with Joe who is extremely professional and made the process painless and stress free. Also, received a courtesy text message from Braley about 3 hours after we left the dealership to see how we were enjoying the new ride :). As long as I am purchasing a Dodge or Chrysler product this will be the only dealership I will deal with. Highly recommend, keep up the good work guys! More
