BEST Car Buying Experience Ever!! My mom lent me her top of the line Town and Country while I was looking for a new car. Loved the luxury, not that crazy about the minivan part. So I went down the street from Parkway and bought what I thought was a top of the line small SUV but was really an small sedan with a raised back end. Not happy! That's when I decided to go to Andie Field, whom we had visited during a VIP event, and see what she could do for me. To be honest, I should have gone to her from the beginning, big regret that I did not do that. I remembered from our first meeting that she was very knowledgeable about cars and also about how to save you money. Well. let me tell you - Andie and George and Joe went above and beyond to get me the best deal on you guessed it...a minivan AND I LOVE IT!!! I have an upper mid line DODGE GRAND CARAVAN (cherry red, of course!) and it is the absolute best car that I have driven, and I have owned an Audi A6, so that's saying a lot. Andie worked with my price point and gave me the best deal she could on my 2017 trade in. She was in it for the long haul because I had some issues to resolve with the other dealership (last one on the street) so that I could reduce the financing and instead of a two day transaction, the whole deal turned into a month long ordeal, but Andie was always there just a text message away! Even on her day off. George made sure that I got the best possible deal for both my old and new car, and helped me understand the various options I have. Joe, the most patient man in the world, waited patiently for me to settle the payout for my other car. The staff at Parkway Chrysler is kind, courteous and always looking out for their customer. I am thankful to them for the respect and service that I received. They turned what started out as a HORRIBLE car buying experience (at the other dealership down the road) into the BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE! Thank you all very much. I was a little worried as I wasn't driving two hours to see the car that things might not work out but when I got to the dealership the car was waiting for me. When I was with the business manager Joe, again, I felt like I was in good hands and he was doing everything in his power to give me the best rates and deal!
