He took me in to meet Sara and she was very nice and helpful and her experience made the transaction painless and enjoyable. Sam showed me all the options of the car, he is very knowledgable and was a pleasure to deal with. It was Peter's diligence to go the extra mile and help us on a Sunday when you were closed that impressed me. He happened to be in the office and saw my wife and I looking at the Genesis and took the time to show us as much as he could while closed for business. I was also looking at a comparable deal with another dealership and it was Peter's sincere approach that won me over. He knew his product, something that few car salesman do... I have managed a sales team most of my business life and there is nothing more annoying than a representative who does not his own product, let alone his true competitors. I thought Tom was a class act as well and didn't give the annoying low-ball back & forth.... I will buy another car from your dealership in the next 2 years.... Well done... More

Keep an eye on your paperwork So we spent a few weeks dealing with Murray Hyundai and I am very disappointed in their business tactics. The week before Christmas we took the 2015 S So we spent a few weeks dealing with Murray Hyundai and I am very disappointed in their business tactics. The week before Christmas we took the 2015 Santa Fe XL out for a test drive to compare it to the 2014. We liked it better and then agreed on the price that day ($42,799 for the Limited after Freight and PDI). We weren't sure whether we would have one or two trades so we waited a week to see if we got any responses from buyers, but no nibbles. We went back in the next weekend and negotiated on the trades. We agreed to a price on these as well ($20,500 for our two cars plus some accessories for the new vehicle). We signed off on the worksheet without paying attention to the written down sales price. Once in the finance office with Sara (who is super nice and graduated from the same High School as my wife and I...Huskies What?) we noticed the price of the vehicle had shot back up to the MSRP. We had Sara call the sales person back in and he explained first that we had agreed on that price for the 2014...no we never discussed price on the 2014 because we liked the 2015. He went and talked to his manager came back and then tried telling me that because we moved on the trades we had to move on the sale price. I don't work like that. An agreed price is an agreed price. I really thought the sales guy was a nice guy, but these slimy tactics are underhanded and unfair. We left and never came back. We bought a 2015 Santa Fe XL from Langley Hyundai a week later...at a better price as well. Thanks Murray Hyundai you really helped us make a deal with Langley. They should hire you. More
