I found Andrew very friendly and helpful. Upon overview of my vehicle a small bulge was noticed on one of the tires. In order for me to not go without a vehicle, I was required to bring my vehicle in to have the faulty tire removed and my spare put on and then to return the next day once my new tire arrived and have it remounted. For my inconvenience, Andrew gave me the I-phone adaptor (which I had really wanted). Once my new tire was mounted, I noticed that it had a duller finish than the rest of the tires. So, Andrew personally sprayed and wiped ALL my tires! It may have been a small thing, but I believe it's all the little things that add up and account for a lot. Though I appreciate that Ben stayed to accommodate my schedule and replace my tire, the small touches such as taking me to my vehicle and going over the work that had been done to assure that I was satisfied as well as simply spraying and wiping the tires so it looked new and shiny like the rest of them would've been touches that I feel make Excellent Customer Service. Everyone in the service dept. is so accommodating and friendly. They always keep you informed - you are never in the dark about what's going on. They always give you as many options as possible.
