SUPERB SALES SERVICE I had test driven a Hyundai but was a Buick driver. I went and test drove a Buick LaCrosse and liked the car. However, I wanted to sit in a Hyundai I had test driven a Hyundai but was a Buick driver. I went and test drove a Buick LaCrosse and liked the car. However, I wanted to sit in a Hyundai again before I decided. I went to Murray, and Peter took me out to the exact car I wanted, so I could sit in it. He explained all the features and It was a tough decision, but I wanted my wife to test drive the car before I decided. Peter arranged for me to take the demonstrator car home where my wife test drove it. The trip home and the opportunity to try all the features in the Genesis technical sold me and my wife on it. Peter did an excellent job of meeting my needs. More

STELERSHIP....don't go here....go to Jim Pattision. this dealership USED to be good, however they are very eager to sell you a car, but they don't stand behind their warranties at all. They try to stiff customers with diagnosing fees {Hyundai scam}. They tried to pass of the buck on fixing the seats on my car even though it was covered under warranty. They only happened to cover it after I made a big enough scene, where a potential customer who was about to buy a Elantra, asked me as to why I was frustrated with the warranty service here. Needless to say she did not buy the Elantra and went somewhere else. Don't be scammed by these guys and their "Diagnosing Fees". I booked my car into a nearby dealership (Jim Pattision Surrey Hyundai), they did not charge me any diagnose fee and told me even if they decided the problem wasn't related they would not charge me a BOGUS fee like that. More
