I came back at 2:30 pm to see how much longer the car servicing would take, and found that my car had not even been looked at. The service department got right on it when told about this, and they completed it on time. However, If my doctor's appointment had lasted longer, I wonder how long the car would have sat on Hyundai's lot without being looked at. Generally speaking, I have found White Rock Murray Hyundai very accomodating, and I think this may just been a one time slip-up. But, nevertheless, I have to point it out. More

Purchasing an Ioniq Upon entering the dealership we were welcomed by staff. Tea/Cofee/Water was offered.
