My recent Service appointment on Nov. 20, 2019. On Nov. 19th, 2019 I had sudden engine failure on my way to work. I was able to re-start the vehicle and drive to and from work that day. The next day On Nov. 19th, 2019 I had sudden engine failure on my way to work. I was able to re-start the vehicle and drive to and from work that day. The next day I had a 3:30 pm appt. about 18 km away and called the Service Dept. at 9:30 am; explained the situation to Justin Calbury and the necessity to have the car fixed right away, if possible. Justin assured me they would do their best to have my car ready by 2:00 pm. At 1:30 pm.I got a call at home that the problem had been diagnosed; the problem was located and the car was repaired. I arrived at the dealership by 2:00 pm. and was given a full explanation as to what the problem was. What I appreciated was the remarks on the SERVICE INVOICE CUSTOMER COPY was the entry: :ITEMS ON THIS WORK ORDER HAVE BEEN DOUBLE CHECKED FOR QUALITY CONTROL .CHECKED BY JUSTIN CALBURY. Customer service doesn't doesn't get any better than that! That is why I didn't hesitate to rate this service centre with five stars! Thank you, Justin, for attending to every detail of my service, . My service appointment was excellent. I felt like Justin was really taking care of my car. Justin advised me that my battery was quite low and I didn't want to worry that is would fail I felt like Justin was really taking care of my car. They were very clear on what was to be done to my vehicle, and there were no surprises. I will always deal with them over "chain store" services. Plus so nice to have my vehicle returned freshly washed! I purchased my car in 2012 from this dealership and have always been pleased with the service there. My son also purchased his vehicle there in 2014 and has been very pleased. Highly recommend! More
