5 hours wait to get test drive and brake work. Unexceptable! 5 hours wait for test drive for noise detection which was detected in the parking lot. Did not have to go for long drive Even though I had booked an 5 hours wait for test drive for noise detection which was detected in the parking lot. Did not have to go for long drive Even though I had booked an appointment for 1030 am. Left the dealership exhausted. No ride was offered to my home. No apologies made for the long wait. I also needed all my 4 tires replaced. Ask the service center person I have a quote for $1400 all inclusive can u beat that. He came as close as $ 1500 but would rather loose my business for $100 difference and said “ sorry we won’t be able to match that price. I felt just because I have not visited the dealership service center for a while I was not important any more as a Hyundai 2013 owner. i am a retired person and to save that $100 is very dear to me. 48000Km Code 3 Service This would have been five stars except: I had an appointment at 1:30pm, but I dropped the car off early in order to attend a doctor's appointment at This would have been five stars except: I had an appointment at 1:30pm, but I dropped the car off early in order to attend a doctor's appointment at 2 Pm. I came back at 2:30 pm to see how much longer the car servicing would take, and found that my car had not even been looked at. The service department got right on it when told about this, and they completed it on time. However, If my doctor's appointment had lasted longer, I wonder how long the car would have sat on Hyundai's lot without being looked at. Generally speaking, I have found White Rock Murray Hyundai very accomodating, and I think this may just been a one time slip-up. But, nevertheless, I have to point it out. More
