5 hours wait to get test drive and brake work. Unexceptable! 5 hours wait for test drive for noise detection which was detected in the parking lot. I also needed all my 4 tires replaced. Ask the service center person I have a quote for $1400 all inclusive can u beat that. He came as close as $ 1500 but would rather loose my business for $100 difference and said “ sorry we won’t be able to match that price. I felt just because I have not visited the dealership service center for a while I was not important any more as a Hyundai 2013 owner. i am a retired person and to save that $100 is very dear to me.
