Service and snow tires Journey 2013 I was greeted by Derek Giffin, very personable-cheerful, and after discussion and his recommendation, I decided to get rims on my snow tires. He checked with Parts, and unfortunately they weren't available-back ordered, and no promise of when they'd be in. After I showed an interest in rims, he explained how changing from summer to winter 2 times a year without rims can detrimental to the tires over time. Later it was too late to change them since the vehicle was back and parked after being serviced. I came in the next day. I appreciated his concern - and kept me informed while I waited. I trust rims for my 2013 Journey-6 Cyl. SXT will be available in the spring. Upon leaving, he offered me a coupon, compliments of Mountain View Dodge- showing appreciation for my patience - and their goodwill towards future service. I happily accepted. More
