poor customer servie, even worse buy on a known bad vehicle I bought a 2010 Dakota from Mountainview Dodge. I spoke up about little concerns with the truck- like the blinker blinks fast, the sound. I was told it was how the truck is, that it couldn't have anything wrong with it as the mechanics reviewed it. Well, within 6 months the power steering went twice, the front end was basically redone (again) and I had to fight tooth and nail to have the shock actually bolted together as it was sitting together but not bolted in- good mechanics. I spoke with the General manager at the time and he was very good about helping me but the service people were not nor was the mechanical work. When I had phoned MULTIPLE times Mountain view Dodge told me that it wasn't possible that's what was wrong with it. They had it in their shop multiple times before I took it Cochrane Dodge where they finally told me the sound and movement of the truck was the result of the front end needing to be redone- ruining my tires and confidence in this dealership and most mechanics.
