poor customer servie, even worse buy on a known bad vehicle I bought a 2010 Dakota from Mountainview Dodge. I spoke up about little concerns with the truck- like the blinker blinks fast, the sound. I was told i I bought a 2010 Dakota from Mountainview Dodge. I spoke up about little concerns with the truck- like the blinker blinks fast, the sound. I was told it was how the truck is, that it couldn't have anything wrong with it as the mechanics reviewed it. Well, within 6 months the power steering went twice, the front end was basically redone (again) and I had to fight tooth and nail to have the shock actually bolted together as it was sitting together but not bolted in- good mechanics. I spoke with the General manager at the time and he was very good about helping me but the service people were not nor was the mechanical work. When I had phoned MULTIPLE times Mountain view Dodge told me that it wasn't possible that's what was wrong with it. They had it in their shop multiple times before I took it Cochrane Dodge where they finally told me the sound and movement of the truck was the result of the front end needing to be redone- ruining my tires and confidence in this dealership and most mechanics. Not only did I get a great car, for a great price, but I have found a dealership that has earned my trust and my business for life. I will gladly recommend them to any family or friends who are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. They went out of their way to give me great service and were able to stay within my stated budget with no high pressure sales tactics that I have seen at other businesses.
