Early for tomorrow I brought our family jeep in to get our winter tires installed in which we had just recently purchased from Mountain view dodge from Brian Wiott who w I brought our family jeep in to get our winter tires installed in which we had just recently purchased from Mountain view dodge from Brian Wiott who was a pleasure to deal with. My wife had told me the appointment was for monday, yet I was sure it was tuesday. However most times she is right and I dropped it off this morning. Derek Giffin was working and he advised me of my error of it being a day early. He provided great customer service and advised me that he would try and get it done if time allowed and if the tires had arrived yet from the delivery truck. Derek was a pleasure to work with and made sure to ask if there was any other service I would require. Long story short They had our car done by noon. winter package completed as well. Its people like Derek and the other great staff at Mounatin View Dodge such as the gentlemen who drives the courtesy shuttle that our the reason I continue returning to Mountain view Dodge and look forward to purchasing my next product there.
