They were very honest, made sure I understood all my options, made sure I met employees in all the departments so I know who to call for what service and didn't want to waist my time. I called a few days later on Saturday since I needed an oil change and he was very quick to accommodate me on Monday (16th) even though they were booking for the 25th. We were booked in right away to fix outstanding recalls and after numerous test drives couldn't make it wobble. We collected the vehicle only to find we still had the same problem. Without hesitation they had the vehicle back at the shop. The service manager, Ryan, assured us he would get to the bottom of this and find the problem. He test drove it, had the "Death Wobble" and identified the problem which was fixed immediately. Derek gave us excellent service during this time, was very understanding and couldn't of done more to help. Thank You Derek and Ryan. More
