My visit on Mar. 8th was for an oil change and a cabin filter was also replaced. The service tech was excellent and the car was ready on time. On another note. The new device the shows your alignment as you drive in was very interesting. An instant readout shows if any wheels are not up to spec. I felt quite mixed about this inspection. On the one hand I certainly would want to know if any wheel was badly out of alignment. Good for that reason. On the other hand I was instantly told how much an alignment would cost if I had it done. How would I know how far out of spec the 2 wheels were? Is this a way to push more work on a customer? And hand over another $137(plus tax) for work that might not be needed. A visual inspection of the tires on the wheels that were shown to be out of alignment show no uneven wear. Just wondering. More
