Glen was more than welcoming, friendly and professional. He explained everything to be done to my vehicle and was exceptionally courteous! The offer of providing me an Uber to go home and be picked up once He explained everything to be done to my vehicle and was exceptionally courteous! The offer of providing me an Uber to go home and be picked up once my vehicle was completed due to the length of time to service my vehicle. Glen was extremely helpful when I had problems with the Uber vehicle supposed to pick me up, and he was extremely concerned and unnecessarily apologetic for my bad experience (even though it was out of the control of Hamilton Hyundai’s). Even after having completed my servicing his duties, Glen was extremely patient and assisted me beyond what is ordinarily expected with additional questions I had about vehicles and other related questions. Even when trying to contact Glen initially when my Uber never arrived at my home, Kim, from the servicing desk was extremely apologetic on the phone and tracked/paged Glen to take my call. In general I was greeted and attended to with utmost courtesy and professionalism, exactly what I am used to from Mountain Hyundai staff and servicing department personnel with a very friendly atmosphere. That is why I will never go elsewhere for not only my vehicle’s servicing needs but even when I am purchasing my new Hyundai vehicles in the past and future! An outstanding, excellent, professional, courteous and friendly experience as usual. Truly 5*, and very different and 100% improvement from my previous experience.
