Knowledgeable and helpful I dealt with both Daniel and Ronnie, at different times. I wasn't sure of the exact model I was looking for, they both explained the difference featur I dealt with both Daniel and Ronnie, at different times. I wasn't sure of the exact model I was looking for, they both explained the difference features available and were unfazed when they did the paperwork for one but I changed my mind and went with another model. They introduced me to the other support staff at the dealership, and when I picked up the car Daniel clearly demonstrated every feature. Sylvia was very clear and precise in describing the financing. I was extremely pleased with their professionalism, and of course I'm pleased with the car! More

No Integrity. Damaged my car and did not own responsibility. In Dec. 2017 I brought my car in for snow tires at Mountain Hyundai in Hamilton. The service manager did a walk around of my car and had me sign off In Dec. 2017 I brought my car in for snow tires at Mountain Hyundai in Hamilton. The service manager did a walk around of my car and had me sign off on the minor scratches on my car. After the service appointment I walked out to my car to find a) brand new snow tires and b)a CRACK on my FRONT BUMPER and a dislodged FOG LIGHT. I promptly went back inside to tell the service manager about the damage I found. He quickly said ‘Oh sorry, I must have missed it in my inspection, as it was obviously there when you came in’ Hmm. Well that was the first time I was seeing it. Interesting that he noticed the most minute scratches on my car but MISSED a CRACKED BUMPER?!? I told him that I’m not satisfied with his answer and he said that they would review the security footage to show me that the crack was there before the service appointment. Ok fine. One week, two weeks, three weeks went by and NOTHING from them. Finally after calling several times I finally got a call (voicemail) from a cheery young woman saying ‘ Hi Adrean we reviewed the security footage and as expected, the damage was on your car when you came in’ Ok. May I see the security footage please? No return of my message. Called a second time. No answer. Called a THIRD time (annoyed) Sorry I don’t see the damage. Called back to ask to speak with someone. No returned call. Wrote an email. No reply. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH MOUNTAIN HYUNDAI in Hamilton AGAIN. I deal with people who practice with INTEGRITY and the was this was dealt with is deplorable. I shared my story here as a warning for others about these bad and dishonest business practices. No, I’m not calling a lawyer. I don’t have the time to deal with it in this way. I’m biting the bullet and calling my insurance company to get it fixed. See below the pic I was sent that ‘proves’ there was damage my car when I came in, followed by the damage I ACTUALLY found on my car. Shame on you Mountain Hyundai. You saved yourself a few dollars at the expense of your reputation. Really smart business practices.... More
