RUST WARRANTY REPAIR This is not the first time I had a horrible experience with VW service. Where do I begin? Brought in the car for a rust warranty. Car was inspected This is not the first time I had a horrible experience with VW service. Where do I begin? Brought in the car for a rust warranty. Car was inspected and verified that the paint is original and hasn't been repaired. My Jetta is in bad shape. Both front fenders are rusted, quarter panels are rusted as well as a rocker panel and trunk lid. The fenders were not approved for repair because I was told that the rust is too excessive and a previous owner should have come sooner to repair them. They do not repair front fenders. They replace them, so what is the difference how much rust is on them??? I got a call from the dealership saying that in order for them to repair a quarter panel, they have to weld it at the bottom to the rocker panel. Here is a kicker.......rocker panel is not covered by a warranty, so I was asked to pay for that portion of installation. Absolutely useless and frustrating. Why did I even bother? I emailed the head office 2 days ago using their web site, with a promise I'll hear from them within 48hrs. I am yet to hear from them. Dave More
Poor isn't bad enough for how miserable this dealership is I am absolutely disgusted by this dealership. Does not deserve to be running. I spent 30,000$ on my fully loaded 2013 Vw jetta tdi. Currently owned for 2 and a half years at 88k km. Came in with a check engine light out of convenience. I would usually never go there because bramgate vw always serves me and takes care of this issues with my car with no troubles ever. This dealership on many many occasions has been disrespectful rude and absolutely horrendous to deal with for any problem. I got a check engine light on my vehicle and went to them and they ran the scan and apparently my DPF and EGR are clogged and the repair estimate is 3400$ then they told me that the warranty didn't cover it although i purchased a 10 year warranty from them called vw plus and it supposedly covers everything. I was told apparently that the DPF IS a consumable item like brakes which is stupid since they are required to put that part for emissions. And if i was under the original warranty i would have apparently been covered but since I'm not its not covered. after which COLLIN the old service manager who seems to have been demoted decided to run out of the dealership with his white vw passat as i tried to leave and drove infant of my car blocked me off and came out yelling at me for apparently not paying the 112$ diagnostic feee that i have to pay which i was never told about and the guy in the front said we will be taking the car in "under warranty" I am disgusted by their actions. who tries to hold a customer in the parking lot and comes out yelling and saying you'll never be welcomed here again don't ever come here. However the new sales manager i forgot his name was a man of lots of respect and decency although he never solved my problem which is unfortunate. WILL TAKE MY CAR TO MY DEALERSHIP AND HAVE IT 100% covered. Followed by a nice call with my lawyer because i am sick of these guys. More

My car was under warranty and asked them to look at the engine light, they overwrite the code and pretend there was nothing wrong. a few months later the same code came back and they claimed it is a NEW problem, I have to pay almost 1000 dollars to fix it. I got too frustrated with them took it to another autoshop, the VW Mississauga charged me arms and legs and just fixed the symptoms (the diesel piped has been replaced) but the original problem with the cracked filter, VW Mississauga didn't even know it was cracked!! After paying more than 1000 dollars after tax etc, within 6 months my engine light is on again, and what the VW Mississauga said was they have to open the hook (that costs $109 just to look) and check. They will not guarantee it can be fixed or can be reimbursed. The engineer only looks at the computer and fix your car according to the symptoms. It is not great mechanic engineer and this place should be closed down long ago. None of the people there was friendly and knows what customer service is. Oh, and VW corporate was worse. Those people over the phone was horribly rude. More
Pleasantly surprised Vasil was very accommodating. At my request, he left me alone when I first arrived to check out the vehicle. When I then approached him for help he Vasil was very accommodating. At my request, he left me alone when I first arrived to check out the vehicle. When I then approached him for help he was friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable. He even knew a lot of detail about Audis. He thoroughly explained the difference between the gas and diesel Golf Sportwagon model I was looking at and even provided insight into tire size and its effect on ride comfort. He worked to obtain a gas model and set-up a test drive appointment when it was convenient for us. If the car itself had a smoother ride and was less noisy, I would certainly have pursued a purchase arrangement with Vasil. More

They called and said the car had an aftermarket chip installed to make the car faster. I told them I dont recall spending $700 on a chip since ive owned the car since brand new. Told them I will be coming to see them in an hour for them to show me on their computer where exactly it says the car is chipped. After I said that they told me they were looking at the results for another car accidentally. Scammers. Dont go here More
Amazing Dealership Before buying my 2013 Passat from this dealership, I went to all other dealerships around the block and Volkswagen Mississauga was the best that I saw Before buying my 2013 Passat from this dealership, I went to all other dealerships around the block and Volkswagen Mississauga was the best that I saw. They were able to get me the price I requested. Vasil Toskov gave me great service when I bought the car through him. Since I bought the car I change and maintain my car regularly at Volkswagen Mississauga. Sheryl, one of the managers, is one of the best persons I have met at any car dealerships. She is very friendly and nice. Every time I leave that place I leave satisfied with the great quality service I get from them for my car. I always receive my car clean and better than before. Even when I drive in with my car with no appointment they help me squeeze in their schedule so i don't wait or come again. Overall, after experiencing different car dealerships, so far Volkswagen Mississauga was and hopefully will stay the best experience for me. I'm looking forward to actually buy my second car from them. More
Very poor customer service ! Today I noticed that my brand new 2014 Beetle(3719 km only) TDI driver’s side power window, when trying to open and close it, is grinding against the Today I noticed that my brand new 2014 Beetle(3719 km only) TDI driver’s side power window, when trying to open and close it, is grinding against the back window. When the door is open and the window is up I cannot close my door because my front window is overlapping the back window and if you try to close it there is a risk of cracking the drivers side window. I went to Mississauga VW and reported it just to learn that I was not going to get a loaner car and they couldn’t promise that they were going to fix the car today. I then called head office and didn’t receive any help from them either. I am very disappointed in their service and will use social media to write about it. I now don’t have a car to commute with to work and back and for my personal use. I understand that problems do arise but don’t understand why they wouldn’t supply me with a car and also their customer service representative was very rude and unprofessional. I will never visit the Mississauga VW dealership again. As I said I will use social media to expose what horrible customer service I have received from VW. More
After visiting 2 other VW dealerships I was starting to buy into the 'car dealer' stereotypes ...Then we ended up at Mississauga VW, which was a much more pleasant experience then the other dealerships. It was low pressure and all the staff we encountered were very friendly. Deepesh was great to work with, he was personable, logical and was willing to go the extra mile for requests that I had. If there was a question he didn't know the answer to he would always find the information for me. Buying a car can be a stressful experience but Deepesh's professionalism and spence of humour made the process quite enjoyable! My car was spotless upon pickup and I appreciated that they followed up with me in the weeks after buying my car to see how I was enjoying it. If going to Mississauga VW, request to have Deepesh! More
