Thank you for helping me to decide on long term servicing Earlier this year, 2017, I moved from another part of the GTA to Oakville. I looked at the reviews of the Honda dealerships in the area and chose Miss Earlier this year, 2017, I moved from another part of the GTA to Oakville. I looked at the reviews of the Honda dealerships in the area and chose Mississauga Honda to take my first Accord (V6) for an oil change, picked up the car and amount charged reflected typical service. Then a few weeks later, my kid took the second Accord (V4) for the same oil change. The bill reflected a payment that was significantly higher for the same work. What was different this time was the separate charge for the oil filter ?? As many other family members and friends own Honda, this discussion came up about the separate charge for the oil filter by Missisauaga Honda. It turns out that they were quick to jump on the band-wagon to nickel and dime customers. It was the principal behind the move that made me decide to not return to this dealership for service. I have since taken my cars back to my previous location in the GTA for servicing and for upcoming purchase of new Honda vehicle. So thank you Mississauga Honda for guiding me away from you for future servicing. More

Excellent Experience! From the moment I walked into Mississauga Honda I experienced excellent customer service. I came in to browse new cars, and was greeted right away. From the moment I walked into Mississauga Honda I experienced excellent customer service. I came in to browse new cars, and was greeted right away. When I explained that I was just looking at the various models, no one hung over me. The receptionist simply told me that she was available if I had any questions. Mark Petkovski was my Product Advisor. Mark was friendly and informative, but never pushy. He listened to my situation, and ran the numbers just as I asked. After I left, I emailed him with a few questions, and he got back to me right away (even after hours)! We test drove a 2017 Honda Accord Sport, and he openly pointed out the differences between the sport versus the LX (the model I was interested in). When it came to completing the purchase, Mark did his best to make sure I was a happy customer, and the finance team was excellent and accommodating. They took the time to explain the purchase agreement, and work around my specific needs. I have already recommended Mark and the entire team at Mississauga Honda to my friends. More

I bought Honda Civic from Mississauga Honda and the sales person Mr. Adi Kumar Who is very knowledgeable helped me in all aspects and made me his perm I bought Honda Civic from Mississauga Honda and the sales person Mr. Adi Kumar Who is very knowledgeable helped me in all aspects and made me his permanent customer, I met him about three years ago and generally inquired about Honda he did explain me in detail but I did not buy Honda at that time, but his knowledge and way of approach planted a seed in my mind that whenever I decide to buy Honda it has to be from Adi only, His follow up was not at all a pressure rather it was very friendly.
