Thank you for helping me to decide on long term servicing Earlier this year, 2017, I moved from another part of the GTA to Oakville. I looked at the reviews of the Honda dealerships in the area and chose Miss Earlier this year, 2017, I moved from another part of the GTA to Oakville. I looked at the reviews of the Honda dealerships in the area and chose Mississauga Honda to take my first Accord (V6) for an oil change, picked up the car and amount charged reflected typical service. Then a few weeks later, my kid took the second Accord (V4) for the same oil change. The bill reflected a payment that was significantly higher for the same work. What was different this time was the separate charge for the oil filter ?? As many other family members and friends own Honda, this discussion came up about the separate charge for the oil filter by Missisauaga Honda. It turns out that they were quick to jump on the band-wagon to nickel and dime customers. It was the principal behind the move that made me decide to not return to this dealership for service. I have since taken my cars back to my previous location in the GTA for servicing and for upcoming purchase of new Honda vehicle. So thank you Mississauga Honda for guiding me away from you for future servicing. More
