Excellent Sales experience I first met Ratna Vaithilingam when I brought my wife's Odyssey for service. I lingered by the showroom while waiting and Ratna approached me - we engaged and discuss the possibility of upgrading my 2014 Civic which was leased from a Toronto dealership. I was impressed with the new 2017 Civic EX and requested for a quote. He gave me without hesitation and told me to come back when I'm ready. If ever this is going to be the 5th Honda for us, first for this dealership. Previous four were from thesame dealership but the salesperson has retired already. I came back one Saturday afternoon with my daughter and did some road test. Mario, finance person spoke and arranged for my deal. Excellent and very knowledgeable in securing my deal. Left happy but as we were reviewing we inquired again with Ratna the cost of upgrade to EX-T and eventually decided to get Touring for he and Mario sweetened up the deal to make t work!!! We are very happy that we switched to Mississauga Honda and would not hesitate to recommend Ratna & Mario. Steven Chea is also worth mentioning for his good delivery experience. Never had that before in my 4 other Honda. Kudos Team Honda Mississauga. More
