Went in for a "quick oil change" that lasted an hour and a half. Then had a technician try to tell me that I needed multiple services. Went to a certified mechanic later to see if any of these issues would be brought up to me again. The certified mechanic only addressed the two issues I had. A cracked mirror and light out in the back. Two things Mississauga Honda Technician never even mentioned. They were very unfriendly, and I will never be returning to this dealership! More

This sale happen at least 2 weeks ago, reader you decide on my dealer rate: My Honda Accord 2008 112K engine failed and need to be towed to the dealer, the approx service quote was to expensive so, I ask on my dealer rate: My Honda Accord 2008 112K engine failed and need to be towed to the dealer, the approx service quote was to expensive so, I ask the service agent to check what will be my trade in value for the car, and they came up with 8k. I book an appointment that day (Tue) at 8pm they assign Federico to assist me. When I meet him he got pen and paper and their offer amount for a CRV EX-AWD 32,665 (Approx) at 2.99% for a lease & financed (48mths). I made 2 offers but both was deny by their sales mgr Errol Walker, the mgr went to the table and can offer me only 10$ off to the monthly pay since he said they are only making 6% on every car, so when i said NO to the deal because I still want to check if that deal was good to me overnight and to check my Accord total expense, he STAMP his hands to the table and bit loud voice he said to Federico that I am going to fixed my car. I think that was RUDE for me being a customer, and for my car also being service there. I believe they want me to close the deal in 1hr since I came in at 8pm and their closing at 9. That night I check Honda.ca and the front ad there was 1,000 dollar off for every 2012 CRV (750 gas card + 250) after the negotiated price, which was never mention to me, that's why i notice their computer was off and during negotiation since the offer might pop-up and also sales people should also show you how they come out with the monthly amortization, thats why there is BUILD AND PRICE on the site to show to customer how they are arrive to the monthly amortization. Having research that at Honda.ca, I did another appointment (Wed) and I mention to him what i found on the HONDA site the 1,000$ MFG off, after the dealer negotiated price, Federico said not all dealer offer that (where is truth in ad now)I even ask to open his computer, but still he got a pen and paper that he use to make the offer. I believe they are taking advantage to me now since they know I need a vehicle and my car is not starting and seating on the service bay for repair. Having to agree for a 15$ off x 48mths.= 720.00 off for the total monthly lease price. But we change our choice to 2013 CRV EX 2WD which is 2k less at 30k+, since the interior colour we want is not available anymore on their 2012 stock, so when i ask for the 15$ off to this diff yr and model of CRV, according to the sales mgr who he approach said the 15$ off/mth offer in 2012 CRV was a promotional offer and not offer in CRV 2013....WHAT???.. i thought there was no promotional offer and initial 15$ off given was the negotiated price from the dealer not a promotional from HONDA canada (1K)..so after all that HAGGLING on the price i still got NO discount , for taking a 2013 CRV EX 2WD. Now Federico advice it will take a week or more to deliver the vehicle since what they have in stock is 2012, because he is PUSHING to me to agree to the 2012 CRV which they have in stock. Since I am now buying a full price 2013 CRV i am willing to wait. My wife just want to finish this haggling and move on..... Now Thursday i went to sign the papers with Ann the finance officer I ask her how long will it take for the delivery, she said the vehicle will be there tomorrow (Fri) but might be release on Monday since they have to clean and do some registration....WHAT???... again why does the sales people is saying a week or more???? because they want to get rid off their 2012 stock...but be HONEST to the customer....The only bonus i got for this deal was free tint at 298.00 but without getting their lease guard protection of almost 800 bucks..... Piece of advice to buyer to have a bargaining power, be sure that your car being trade is running so you can still deal with another dealer, and also dealer can not take ADVANTAGE of your situation. WHICH I BELIEVE HAPPEN TO ME..... I should have listen to my friend who bought a new 2011 CRV EX-L AWD 2 yrs ago, since he visit 3 dealer including Mississauga Honda and ending buying to a diff Honda dealer because of the good deal. Kudos to the other people, only the SALES experience that went BAD. More
