We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership. I did investigate your issue and can assure you there was no intent on our part to push you into any car that you did not want or mislead you in any way concerning the delivery time of your car or any incentives. That said, we definitely failed in communicating with each other internally therefore failed to accurately let you know what the situation was with the inventory so I apologize about that. The pricing you received on the 2012 absolutely had the incentives included; on the 2013 we do not have the same incentive. I would really like to assist you if I can, as you are service client and would like to turn this into a positive experience for you.
