Frederico spent a solid two hours on a busy Saturday during the Easter holiday weekend explaining everything, listening to my concerns and questions, and took my on a couple test drives. In the end, I decided to make an offer on one of the vehicles. This, after shopping around at two other dealerships the previous weekend. We went back and forth a couple times and my only negative comment is that I wish Frederico's manager had come down in price a little more than the $300 they did. However, with the extra incentives (i.e. free oil changes for life, free car washes for life, etc.), felt the deal was fair in the end. I look forward to servicing my vehicle here as it seems like a dealership that cares about retaining its customers as opposed to making quick and easy sales.
