After going to another non-Ford dealership local to Mid-Town and leaving frustrated because of their less than professional approach and poor communications, we decided to look at Ford as we had owned a Ford truck in the past and had nothing but a positive experience with it. As soon as we walked into the Mid-Town dealership, we could tell the atmosphere was different than the other dealership we had visited that day. We spoke with Brad and Rene after entering the dealership and their laid back style put us at ease right away. No big pressure sales, they just genuinely wanted to help us find the right truck in our budget range for towing. The honesty the salesman and manager displayed to us was phenomenal. It was apparent they actually cared about making our purchasing experience as positive as possible. Fiesta Time! ARIBA! ARIBA! I just bought my first ever new car from them, a 2015 Fiesta. For starters I was SO impressed! Dustin was very helpful and informative, on top of be I just bought my first ever new car from them, a 2015 Fiesta. For starters I was SO impressed! Dustin was very helpful and informative, on top of being a very laid back kinda guy. I never felt pressured to buy at any time. No one that I dealt with seemed anything like the "sleazy car salesman" with the greasy hair and gold chains and chest hair sticking from their shirt stereotype. I felt like I got to make my own decisions on what I wanted without any pressure to add more. They gave me a great deal and made the whole experience a very positive and a great first experience for me. Working with them on all levels was virtually painless, all the way to Diane in finance (who is so lovely to work with). They did a great job and were a pleasure to do business with, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. YAY DUSTIN!!!!! More
